Counterfeit Cleaners Crackdown: Faridabad Police Raid Workshop

In a decisive operation, Faridabad Police dismantled a counterfeit manufacturing facility producing fake toilet cleaners under the renowned brand name Harpic. The raid on the workshop located in Nawada village led to the arrest of Surjeet Singh, a key figure involved in the illegal operation.

Police disclosed that Singh had been employed at the workshop for four months, where counterfeit products were assembled and distributed. The mastermind, identified as Vipin, remains at large, with authorities intensifying their efforts to capture him.

During the raid, officers seized 816 bottles of counterfeit Harpic, raw materials, and machines. These discoveries underscore the scope of the illegal operation, heightening concerns over consumer safety and product integrity.
