In a move to modernize administrative functions, government employees in Maharashtra's Konkan division are set to undergo specialized training in areas like artificial intelligence, data analytics, and blockchain. The program, announced on Thursday, also includes essential communication skills to enhance their adaptability and efficiency in governance.

The training sessions, part of a weeklong initiative, are being organized in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat. Officials have highlighted this effort as a strategic partnership between the Government of India and the Maharashtra government, aiming to integrate modern technologies into traditional governance frameworks.
