Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth has officially assumed the role of Vice Chief of the Army Staff in the Indian Army, succeeding Lt Gen. Pushpendra Singh. His appointment was marked by a ceremony at the South Block lawns, following his term as the leader of the Southern Command.
Lt Gen. Seth, renowned for steering the Southern Command during the significant Operation Sindoor, aims to enhance the Army’s operational capabilities through technological integration and strategic planning.
