The attack, believed to be driven by enmity, left Khan with a gunshot wound in his arm and pellets in his abdomen. Police are investigating and searching for the suspect.

A youth was severely injured in a daylight shooting in Himachal's Solan district, local police confirmed on Tuesday. The victim, Amir Khan of Nalagarh's Ward 2, was swiftly transported to the hospital after being shot.
Due to the critical nature of his injuries, Khan was referred to PGI Chandigarh for advanced treatment after suffering a gunshot wound to his arm and pellet injuries in his abdomen.
The victim's mother alleged the attack stemmed from personal enmity. Police Superintendent Vinod Dhiman stated that the case is under investigation as authorities pursue the suspect.
