The victim, identified as Umesh Waghe, reportedly engaged in a heated argument with his neighbor, 28-year-old Akshay Jadhav. The quarrel escalated quickly, culminating in Jadhav allegedly striking Waghe with an iron rod, instantly resulting in Waghe's death.
