Rajasthan Post Office Hoax: Security Sweep Post Threats
The Rajasthan Police conducted thorough checks of various post offices throughout the state following threats of explosions, which were later determined to be hoaxes. Post offices in Banswara, Bikaner, and Barmer were inspected, but no suspicious items were found. Past similar threats to courts and schools also proved baseless.

In a series of precautionary measures, the Rajasthan Police undertook an exhaustive inspection of post offices across the state on Tuesday. The actions followed after authorities received emails threatening bomb blasts, officials reported.
Despite the urgency, thorough checks of post offices in Banswara, Bikaner, and Barmer revealed no suspicious objects. "Our teams responded swiftly, evacuating and securing the areas," said a police representative, emphasizing the prioritization of public safety.
The police noted this isn't the first instance of such threats—all of which have thus far been determined as hoaxes, akin to recent unfounded threats targeting local courts and schools.
