Russia's Defence Ministry reported on Sunday that its air defence units successfully intercepted 234 drones over central and southern Russia within a nine-hour timeframe. This effort included the interception of six drones aimed at Moscow.
During this period, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., there was no significant damage or casualties, the ministry stated. However, a farm worker was injured in the Bryansk region, near the Ukrainian border. Additionally, an attack in the eastern Donetsk region resulted in the death of a family of four, according to the Russia-installed governor.
The Donetsk region witnessed further turmoil as a representative of Russia's Investigative Committee reported damage to a children's clinic caused by Ukrainian shelling in Donetsk, the region's principal city.
