In a startling incident in Maharashtra's Thane district, gunfire erupted at a housing society linked to businessman and social media influencer Nadeem Moinuddin Khan early Saturday.
Authorities reported that Shahabad Qureshi, one of the accused, was apprehended after a high-speed police chase that left two bystanders injured. The police confirmed that Qureshi fired five shots during the pursuit through Shil Daighar's streets.
Security has been fortified at the incident site. Investigations are ongoing to apprehend a second suspect and unravel the motives behind the attack.
