Honoring a Hero: CRPF Jawan Mehulbhai Solanki's Sacrifice Remembered
Gujarat Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi gave a Rs 1 crore cheque to Mehulbhai Solanki's family. Solanki, a CRPF jawan, was killed in an anti-Naxal operation in Chhattisgarh. The ceremony, held in Bhavnagar, was attended by Union Minister Nimuben Bambhaniya, with a Guard of Honor by CRPF personnel.

On Saturday, Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi presented a cheque of Rs 1 crore to the family of Mehulbhai Nandalalbhai Solanki, a CRPF jawan martyred in Chhattisgarh.
The ceremony in Devgana village, Bhavnagar district, saw the presence of Union Minister Nimuben Bambhaniya, as Solanki's sacrifice was honored.
Falling in the line of duty on May 22, 2025, during a confrontation with Naxalites, Solanki received a Guard of Honor from his CRPF colleagues.
