Bribe Scandal: Ayush Officer Nabbed in Jharkhand
An Ayush Medical Officer in Jharkhand was caught taking a bribe, following a complaint about demanding Rs 5,000 monthly to release a health officer's salary. A sting operation led to the officer's arrest with Rs 10,000 of the demanded bribe.

In Jharkhand, a District Ayush Medical Officer was apprehended on bribery charges on Tuesday, according to an official statement.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau acted following a complaint from an Ayush Community Health Officer who alleged the officer demanded a monthly bribe of Rs 5,000 to release her salary.
A successful sting operation resulted in the officer's arrest while accepting Rs 10,000 in cash, marking the first installment of the illicit demand. Legal proceedings have been initiated.
