Shocking Hit-and-Run: Man Arrested in Central Delhi Tragedy

A shocking hit-and-run incident has left a woman dead in central Delhi, prompting swift police action culminating in the arrest of 46-year-old Khusipal Tomer. The unfortunate event occurred near the Yamuna Bridge on the afternoon of October 25.
