An alarming incident in Navi Mumbai has led to the booking of four individuals accused of sexually harassing and assaulting an 18-year-old girl. The incident unfolded on October 20 when the alleged perpetrators forcibly entered her Sanpada residence.
One of the accused reportedly claimed to be in love with the victim and, along with companions, entered her home, inappropriately touched her, and attacked her with an iron rod when she demanded they leave.
The victim's brother also suffered an attack during the ordeal. Police have charged four men, including two unidentified suspects, with sexual harassment, assault, and house trespass under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. No arrests have been made, and police continue to investigate.
