The Isha Foundation's program promises to equip participants with tools derived from yogic sciences to help senior officials tap into their full potential. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta emphasized the importance of training bureaucrats to improve public grievance-redressal skills. The Directorate of Training in the Union Territory Civil Services has set regulations to ensure all relevant personnel receive necessary training, broadening their capacity to serve effectively.
