Transforming Bureaucracy: Delhi's Initiative with Inner Engineering Leadership

The Delhi government is taking steps to enhance the leadership skills of its bureaucrats by enrolling them in an 'inner engineering leadership' program at Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev's Isha Yoga Centre. Officials confirmed that the government's services department is notifying eligible IAS officers about the course.

The Isha Foundation's program promises to equip participants with tools derived from yogic sciences to help senior officials tap into their full potential. This initiative is tailored specifically for central and state government officials, offering timeless wisdom aimed at improving leadership and governance.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta emphasized the importance of training bureaucrats to improve public grievance-redressal skills. The Directorate of Training in the Union Territory Civil Services has set regulations to ensure all relevant personnel receive necessary training, broadening their capacity to serve effectively.
