A fuel tank was targeted at Kuwait International Airport, but specialized teams swiftly managed the situation, ensuring no casualties despite debris hitting residential areas.

Kuwait City [Kuwait], April 1 (ANI/WAM): Kuwait's Ministry of Defence reported a significant military intervention on Wednesday when the country's armed forces intercepted three cruise missiles and 15 hostile drones over a 24-hour period. These threats, linked to Iranian aggression, breached Kuwait's airspace but were effectively countered.
According to Colonel Staff Saud Al-Atwan, the Ministry's official spokesperson, the assault included targeting a fuel tank at Kuwait International Airport. Despite the gravity of the attack, specialized teams quickly managed the incident without any injuries, showcasing their preparedness and efficiency.
Debris from the attack fell onto a residential area, but fortuitously, no residents were harmed. The Explosive Ordnance Disposal team from the Land Force Engineering Corps, working with the Ministry of Interior, safely neutralized a military device found at the location, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
