Fresh reports from Balochistan highlight a troubling increase in human rights violations, as enforced disappearances and military crackdowns sweep across the province. Families of the missing have once again taken to the streets, demanding justice and accountability from Pakistan's powerful military, according to The Balochistan Post.

According to locals, numerous residents have been taken to undisclosed locations without legal proceedings. This follows last month's air and drone strikes that killed multiple civilians, including women and minors, instilling fear throughout communities. Pakistani troops allegedly raided Rashid Hussain's relatives' home, with his cousin taken into custody and still unaccounted for. Security personnel reportedly beat family members and opened fire in residential areas during the operation.

In Quetta, families of disappeared students Wahab Baloch and Nazir Ahmed Baloch staged a protest outside the Quetta Press Club, demanding their immediate release. The two were allegedly abducted on October 17; police tried to disperse the protest, but families appealed to the judiciary and human rights groups for help. Meanwhile, the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons protest camp continues, now in its 5,977th day, as international criticism over Pakistan's alleged policy of silencing dissent in Balochistan grows.
