International SOS today announced Psychological Support Sessions, a new programme to assist organisations across India and surrounding regions in offering psychological aid to employees impacted by the Middle East conflict.
Recognising the psychological impact on staff even far from the conflict zones, International SOS offers a six-week series of expert-led sessions to help regain control and manage anxiety.
This initiative extends the company's support model from physical safety to mental wellbeing, enabling institutions to fully meet their Duty of Care obligations.
