In Kyiv, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported the tragic deaths of two people, among them the young boy, following a missile impact. The city of Dnipro saw residential buildings engulfed in flames, with the regional governor confirming one fatality there. Despite the late hours, an air raid alert persisted over both Kyiv and Dnipro.
Visuals shared online depicted widespread devastation with fires raging uncontrollably, leaving smoke clouds towering into the sky. Rescue teams made valiant efforts to save trapped residents, while emergency services battled a major blaze in the capital's northern district. In Dnipro and Kharkiv, additional reports of casualties continued to surface amidst the chaos caused by the relentless strikes.
