In Dnipro, regional governor reported one casualty due to residential building fires caused by Russian shelling. An air raid alert persisted in both Kyiv and Dnipro long after the initial warning was issued.

Rescue operations were underway, with teams saving a mother and her child from a heavily damaged building in Kyiv’s central district.
