BSE Launches Housing Finance Index to Transform Investment Landscape

BSE Index Services, a subsidiary of BSE Ltd, has launched the BSE Housing Finance Index. This milestone index focuses on assessing the performance of firms within the housing finance sector, aiming to provide a fresh perspective for investors.
The index, derived from selected components of the BSE 1,000 Index, will undergo semi-annual updates in June and December. Its creation caters to passive investment approaches, such as ETFs and index funds, and serves as a benchmark for portfolio management, mutual funds, and other investment portfolios.
BSE Index Services' initiative allows investors to explore extensive market opportunities, broadening and diversifying their investment strategies in the housing finance space.
