Thousands Rally in 'Run for Jesus' Celebrating Crucifixion and Resurrection

In a vibrant show of faith, thousands gathered in Vijayawada for the 'Run for Jesus' rally, hosted by local Christian associations. Celebrated around Good Friday and Easter, participants included clergy, church leaders, and devout Christians who energetically took part by foot and vehicle.

The rally, which featured flags and placards quoting Bible verses, was a collective march filled with hymns that echoed the message of Jesus’s death and resurrection. Held with the purpose of praying for global peace and unity, it also aimed to foster goodwill among Christians and support national and state leaders.
