NTPC Renewable Energy Boosts Solar Output with New Gujarat Project
NTPC Renewable Energy, a subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy, has started commercial operations of its 165 MW solar project in Gujarat. This project is part of their 1,200 MW Khavda-II solar initiative. With this addition, NTPC Green Energy's total installed capacity has increased to 8,992.68 MW.

NTPC Green Energy, an arm of state-owned NTPC Ltd, announced that NTPC Renewable Energy has begun commercial supply from its Khavda-II solar project in Gujarat.
The latest addition involves the second part of the project, contributing 165 MW to an overall plan of 1,200 MW.
This development enhances NTPC Green Energy's total installed capacity to 8,992.68 MW, marking a significant step in the company's renewable energy expansion.
