Axiscades Partners with Cilas to Develop Advanced Defence Solutions in India
Axiscades has partnered with Cilas S.A. to develop counter-unmanned aerial system solutions for defense in India. As part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, Axiscades will integrate and localize these solutions. The collaboration aims to co-develop high-energy laser systems for military vehicles, enhancing India's defense capabilities.

Axiscades announced a strategic partnership with France's Cilas S.A. to co-develop counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) solutions for India's defense sector.
The Indian firm recently secured various defense contracts, including a significant INR 150 crore deal for upgrading the electronic control units of the Su-30 MKI fighter jets.
The agreement focuses on creating high-energy laser weapon systems, to be integrated into military vehicles, aligning with India's Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative to strengthen local production and sustainability.
