Hyderabad's Charms Unveiled to Adivasis: A Cultural Journey

The Telangana Tourism Department has embarked on a pioneering initiative aimed at integrating Adivasis from remote regions with the urban culture of Hyderabad.
Under the 'Adivasi Tourism Exposure Programme,' launched by Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, 250 Adivasis from Utnoor mandal in Adilabad district were given the opportunity to explore key attractions such as the Taramati Baradari cultural complex, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and the iconic Charminar.
The program, which included a traditional welcome at Charminar, is designed to offer a fresh perspective on urban living and boost self-confidence among Adivasis. Future visits are planned as part of this integrative effort.
