The incident unfolded near the Sirsa bus terminus on Hisar road. The local police, after reviewing CCTV footage, revealed that Malkit was standing outside the wedding venue, capturing departing guests when the accident occurred. He was immediately taken to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities identified the driver as Sandeep from Fatehabad, who was subsequently arrested but has since been released on bail. A video of the incident is now widely circulating online, sparking discussions about road safety and speed regulations.
