In recent statements, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed profound sorrow over the journalist's passing, highlighting Goswami's significant contributions. The Chief Minister extended condolences to the bereaved family, echoing sentiments shared by Assam Jatiya Parishad President Lurinjyoti Gogoi and AIUDF President Badruddin Ajmal.
