The Karnataka SSLC exam results have set a historic benchmark, registering a 94.1% pass rate, a significant jump from last year's 80.04%. With steady improvements, these results underscore a positive shift in the state's education sector.
Exams were taken by 7,70,209 out of 7,75,999 registered students. Girls led with a 96.18% pass rate compared to boys' 91.94%, showcasing their academic prowess. Minister Madhu Bangarappa highlighted the performance of seven students who achieved full marks, and emphasized the strides made by government schools.
Government schools made remarkable gains, with 2,393 schools achieving 100% success, up from 766 last year. Notably, rural students also excelled, outperforming urban students. The addition of digital mark cards and plans for ongoing improvements demonstrate the state's commitment to advancing education.
