Akasa Air Expands Fleet With New Boeing 737 MAX Delivery
Akasa Air has expanded its fleet with the delivery of a Boeing 737 MAX 8-200, bringing its total to 38 aircraft. The airline plans to continue growing its network with sustained fleet additions, having inducted seven new planes in the first four months of 2026.

Akasa Air has recently expanded its fleet by taking delivery of a Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 aircraft, increasing its total to 38 planes.
Since its launch in August 2022, the airline has rapidly grown, with seven aircraft inducted in the first four months of 2026 alone.
The latest delivery journeyed from Seattle to Reykjavik, and then from Cairo to Bengaluru, arriving at Kempegowda International Airport on April 21, 2026.
