The company saw significant growth in both domestic and international markets, with electric vehicle sales increasing by 77%. Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd has announced a remarkable 29% increase in total sales for March 2026, reaching 66,971 units. This performance marks a significant upturn from last year's 51,872 units.

Domestically, the company achieved a 28% rise with 66,192 units sold, while international PV sales saw a staggering three-fold increase. Electric vehicle sales showed an impressive 77% growth, reaching 9,494 units compared to 5,353 units in the previous year.

Managing Director and CEO Shailesh Chandra called FY26 a landmark year, with over 6.4 lakh units sold, outpacing industry growth. The coming years promise further expansion backed by new launches and a strong product strategy, despite possible geopolitical challenges.
