In a rally aimed at galvanizing support for the DMK in upcoming assembly elections, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Wednesday charged the BJP with attempts to instigate violence akin to events in Uttar Pradesh and Manipur.
Addressing DMK supporters, he highlighted substantial developmental projects and initiatives executed in the Tiruchirappalli region under his leadership. These included infrastructure projects like the Panchapur bus terminus and social welfare programs such as higher education assistance for students.
He criticized the rival AIADMK-BJP coalition for past governance failures and laid out his election manifesto focused on economic and social upliftment, touting his administration's efforts as instrumental in maintaining the state's peace and attracting investment.
