In a significant move to bolster transport connectivity, Indian Railways has officially regularized two key train services, the Bhubaneswar-Dhanbad Express and the Puri-Patna Express, previously operated as special trains.

Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw conveyed this development to Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi in a formal letter, highlighting the significance of the decision for enhancing public convenience. Scheduled to run daily and weekly respectively, these trains will improve accessibility and bolster tourism in Odisha.
