The Motor Vehicle Department, led by Transport Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan, conducted the operation across multiple districts, including Jammu, Udhampur, and Samba. The crackdown focused on grave violations, resulting in the recommendation for suspension of 64 driving licenses and 20 registration certificates.
