Anvitha Group Eyes Global Expansion with Major Projects in Dallas and Dubai

Anvitha Group is poised for significant global growth, as it unveils plans to establish a 17-acre residential community in Dallas, which will also serve as the location for their international corporate office. This strategic move was confirmed by the company on Sunday.

The Hyderabad-based real estate firm has been actively growing, with 10 million square feet of construction underway. In addition, a 1,700-villa project over 500 acres is in the planning stages in the United States, and a new real estate venture is anticipated in Dubai later this year. Anvitha currently caters to approximately 1,800 clients and has notable projects in Dubai.

As part of their ambitious expansion, the company's workforce is expected to rise significantly, with the number of directly employed professionals increasing from 300 to 1,000, while indirect employment is projected to grow to 15,000. Company Director Vijay Raju expressed optimism about Anvitha's trajectory, with Cine actor Nandamuri Balakrishna roped in as Brand Ambassador and Anvita Group Chairman Boppana Achyuta Rao leading the charge.
