Anvitha Group's Bold Global Expansion: Dallas and Dubai

Anvitha Group is aggressively pushing its global expansion. The realty firm announced on Sunday its plan to launch a 17-acre residential community in Dallas, US, marking its international footprint in the sector.

In addition to this, the Hyderabad-based group has revealed a colossal project that includes 1,700 villas sprawling over 500 acres in the US, alongside a new real estate venture set for Dubai later this year. Currently, Anvita Group boasts projects covering 10 million square feet under construction.

With a current workforce of 300, Anvita looks to increase its direct and indirect employment to 1,000 and 15,000, respectively, in three years. The company, supported by actor Nandamuri Balakrishna as a brand ambassador, strives to solidify its status among India's real estate leaders.
