Tech Mahindra and Crosscall Forge AI Solutions Alliance

On Tuesday, IT services firm Tech Mahindra announced a strategic partnership with Crosscall, a European smartphone maker, to deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions across North America.

The partnership will focus on device testing, certification, and jointly developing artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. The goal is to create turnkey B2B solutions across sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Tech Mahindra will merge Crosscall's advanced, rugged smartphones and connectivity offerings with its enterprise digital solutions to deliver enhanced resilience and innovation for global customers.

Crosscall specializes in durable smartphones designed for mission-critical environments, while Tech Mahindra excels in AI-driven application development. This collaboration aims to redefine how enterprises utilize connected ecosystems for improved safety, efficiency, and at-scale innovation, according to Manish Mangal, President and Head of Americas Communication Business at Tech Mahindra.
