JioAirFiber Revolutionizes Punjab’s Digital Landscape

Reliance Jio announced remarkable progress on Tuesday, having successfully connected over one million houses and business premises in Punjab with high-speed broadband and home entertainment via its JioFiber and JioAirFiber services.
According to recent TRAI data, JioAirFiber boasts approximately 600,000 subscribers, while JioFiber covers around 440,000 premises in Punjab as of September 30, 2025. The company has rolled out Jio True 5G service across 23 districts, 98 tehsils, and numerous villages, facilitating home and small business connectivity.
The rapid uptake of JioAirFiber has greatly improved the state's digital infrastructure, addressing challenges of last-mile connectivity, especially in rural and remote areas. The service offers a comprehensive approach to home entertainment and broadband, enhancing experiences for users across diverse sectors in Punjab.
