Novak Djokovic has announced his withdrawal from the upcoming Paris Masters due to a lingering leg injury, raising concerns over his fitness.

Despite being a 24-time Grand Slam champion, Djokovic has participated in only eight ATP Tour events this year outside of the four major tournaments. He achieved semifinal finishes in the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open.

In a recent exhibition in Saudi Arabia, Djokovic halted play after experiencing discomfort, following struggles during his semifinal exit at the Shanghai Masters. Although qualified, he will not compete in the ATP Finals in Turin, Italy, later this year.
