Zoo Champions Earth Day with Wildlife Focus

The National Zoological Park held a dynamic event to mark World Earth Day, captivating students and visitors with educational activities centered on wildlife conservation and environmental awareness. On Wednesday, 180 school students and over 1,500 visitors engaged in programs aligned with this year's theme, 'Our Power, Our Planet'.

The day’s schedule featured an array of activities including slogan marches, expert talks, coloring sessions, quizzes, bingo games, and an Earth Day pledge. Screenings of Mission LiFE videos and doodle activities further enriched the educational experience. The initiative aimed to highlight the significance of biodiversity preservation.
