Tragic Gorge Accident Claims Two Lives in Mandi
A tragic accident occurred on the Tatapani-Karsog road, where a car plunged into a 500-meter gorge, resulting in the death of two individuals. Following a search operation, the bodies were retrieved and identified. Authorities have registered a case for negligent driving as investigations continue.

In a tragic incident, two individuals lost their lives on Tuesday when the vehicle they were traveling in plummeted into a 500-meter deep gorge near Taror, on Tatapani-Karsog road in Mandi district, according to police reports.
A joint search operation involving locals and Fire Brigade personnel led to the recovery of the bodies of Sunil Kumar, 22, and Pawan Kumar, both from Karsog.
The Superintendent of Police in Mandi stated that a case of rash and negligent driving has been filed, and further investigations are underway. The deceased were returned to their families post-mortem.
