The nearly completed underpass in Mukarba, North Delhi, promises relief from traffic congestion, with the final touches underway, according to PWD Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh, who assured its opening by month's end.

Constructed with three tunnels designated for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and pedestrians, the project seeks to streamline movement in the heavily trafficked stretch. Special measures, including strategic road slope design, have been integrated to prevent waterlogging.

Minister Singh also revealed that this effort forms part of a larger government initiative to develop an overall decongestion strategy for the area, with an ongoing feasibility study accompanying the infrastructural advancements.
