Realty giant Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is making significant strides in Gurugram through its latest venture, a 17-acre housing project, slated to generate Rs 4,200 crore in revenue. This endeavor is strategically located in Sector 92, Gurugram, a prime area set for rapid urban development.
The company has officially entered a Joint Development Agreement for a 17.212-acre land parcel, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening its market presence, particularly in the National Capital Region.
Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, emphasized the strategic importance of the project, noting the steady demand in the region. Ajay Munot of Eka Life lauded the opportunity, expressing confidence in Prestige's execution capabilities.
