A tragic incident unfolded in northwest Pakistan's Bajaur district when a house roof collapsed, claiming the lives of four people, including a child. Officials confirmed the fatalities on Wednesday, following the Tuesday collapse in Rasool Khan.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene and successfully extracted five individuals from the debris, transferring them to the District Headquarters Hospital, Khar, in critical condition. Three women, aged between 35 and 60, and a two-year-old child succumbed to their injuries, according to hospital authorities.
One person remains under medical care, while authorities investigate the cause of the structural failure. The local community mourns this devastating loss as officials seek answers.
