A tragic road accident on the Raebareli–Pratapgarh road claimed the lives of two Class 12 students on Thursday. The incident occurred when a container truck collided with a bicycle, causing a catastrophic crash involving a motorcycle.
The victims, Mahfuz Khan and Mohammad Alam, both aged 20, were returning home after attending computer classes. Their motorcycle was hit as the truck struck a bicycle ridden by Sakshi, leading to the fatal accident.
The community reacted with protests, prompting police intervention. Authorities have sent the bodies for post-mortem examinations and are awaiting a formal complaint to proceed with their investigation.
