Tragic Collision Claims Three Lives in Nedumangad

A devastating accident in Nedumangad resulted in three fatalities and left one person severely injured, local police reported on Monday. The incident took place on Sunday night when two motorcycles collided, impacting the lives of four individuals.

The victims, identified as Rajesh (21), Binoy (20), and Sreelal (28), all hailed from Uzhamalakkal, with Abhinav (21) being the sole survivor, currently hospitalized with serious injuries. This tragic incident occurred around 10:45 pm at Kulappada, along the Nedumangad-Aryanad road.

According to authorities, Rajesh and Binoy were on one motorcycle which collided with another, ridden by Sreelal and Abhinav. An Aryanad police spokesperson confirmed that a case has been registered, and an investigation has commenced. Postmortems are being conducted before the bodies are returned to their families.
