A devastating road accident in West Delhi has left two men dead, sparking outrage over reckless driving and inadequate road conditions. Kamaljeet, 39, and Ravikant, 33, became the tragic victims of a DTC bus reportedly racing to overtake another vehicle on the busy Najafgarh-Nangloi Road.
According to Kamaljeet's brother, the speeding bus careened into multiple vehicles, claiming Kamaljeet's life as he rode to work. He left behind elderly parents, for whom he was the sole caretaker, prompting the family to demand government compensation. Protesters decried the dangerous driving habits of bus operators and called for stricter regulations.
Ravikant's brother highlighted long-standing frustration with poor road conditions, attributing the incident partly to infrastructural neglect. As families mourn, they hope for justice to prevent similar tragedies. Both families expressed dissatisfaction with the police investigation and sought accountability and support from authorities.
