Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy aims to transform the outskirts of Hyderabad into 'the greatest city in the world', predicting it will soon attract global tycoons like Elon Musk. His announcement coincided with the inauguration of Eco Hill Park in Kotwalguda.

Reddy expressed the state's commitment to extensive urban development despite facing hurdles from opposition parties, particularly the BRS. Highlighting international experiences, he pointed to projects such as Gujarat's Sabarmati riverfront as models for Hyderabad's own Musi river rejuvenation project.

Reddy's vision includes the establishment of a 'night economy' featuring hotels and commercial establishments along the revitalized Musi river. As part of this development drive, Telangana's government is commencing a special 99-day program to fast-track these initiatives.
