AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi declared that India's aspiration to be a 'Vishwaguru,' or global leader, hinges on justice for its Muslim population. Speaking in Bhuj, he called for voters to empower AIMIM in local elections, emphasizing the need for political leadership within the community.

Owaisi criticized both BJP and Congress parties, accusing them of spreading misinformation about AIMIM. He advocated for minority leadership, citing lack of infrastructure as a result of weak political representation. Highlighting the success of AIMIM in Hyderabad, he urged the community to rise from being mere voters to leaders.

Targeting laws enacted under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Owaisi argued that they violate constitutional rights. He specifically criticized the Citizenship Amendment Act, Triple Talaq law, and proposed Uniform Civil Code. He contended these measures aim to weaken Muslim institutions and infringe on religious freedoms.
