Key political figures, including Chief Minister MK Stalin, AIADMK head Edappadi K Palaniswami, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, campaigned vigorously across all 234 assembly constituencies.
Tensions were high as DMK leader Stalin called NDA's policies threatening, while AIADMK urged voters to dismantle the 'corrupt DMK regime'. Over 5.7 million electors will decide among 4,023 candidates, in a contest also featuring actor Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam.
