Amit Shah's Message: 'Ta Ta' to TMC, Hello Saffron Future

Union Home Minister Amit Shah delivered a robust message to the Trinamool Congress (TMC) during his final campaign rally in Purba Medinipur district on Tuesday. He assured the electorate that miscreants supported by the TMC would face the full force of central paramilitary forces during the West Bengal Assembly polls. With a record 2,450 companies of Central forces, comprising nearly 2.5 lakh personnel, he instilled confidence among voters to exercise their franchise without fear.

In his address, Shah predicted an end to TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee's leadership, expressing confidence in the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) victory post the May 4 election results. Flanked by Suvendu Adhikari, the BJP's strong candidate from Nandigram, Shah emphasized that Banerjee’s aspiration for her nephew, Abhishek, to become the state Chief Minister would not materialize. He stated confidently that TMC goons, who allegedly tormented BJP workers, would have nowhere to run after the polls.

Appealing to the agrarian community in Chandipur, Shah promised the establishment of a research facility to study betel leaf's medicinal properties if BJP ascends to power. He further vowed to deport infiltrators to Bangladesh and assured that the state's border sealing would be accomplished within 45 days of BJP's governance. His speech targeted the transformation of local economies and fortifying West Bengal's borders under BJP rule.
