BJP's Vision for Keralam: A Clear Contrast to UDF's Promises

In a bold critique of the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF), BJP Keralam president and Nemom Assembly candidate Rajeev Chandrasekhar dismissed the UDF's election manifesto unveiled on Thursday. Chandrasekhar argued that for the past 70 years, political promises have gone unfulfilled, while the BJP has articulated a clear and actionable vision for Keralam's transformation.

Addressing the media, Chandrasekhar expressed skepticism about the credibility of the Left Democratic Front (LDF), pointing out persistent issues such as high unemployment and inflation. He emphasized the BJP's commitment to transparency and accountability, underscoring a manifesto that serves as a roadmap for measurable progress, unlike past administrations.

The UDF's newly launched manifesto promises significant welfare initiatives, including free KSRTC bus travel for women and increased pensions. However, opponents question the feasibility and follow-through of such promises, especially given historical inaction. Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticized Kerala's current governance, advocating for change under UDF leadership based on Rahul Gandhi's proposed guarantees.
