TVK chief Vijay on Thursday made his electoral intentions clear by filing his nomination for the Tiruchirappalli East constituency in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. The submission took place at the Ariyamangalam Zonal Office, marking a pivotal moment in his political campaign.
Vijay, who has also filed from Perambur, arrived with much fanfare, leading a roadshow that paralyzed parts of Tiruchi. As crowds surged, Vijay even paused his convoy to assist a minor accident victim, capturing widespread attention.
As the elections approach, Vijay is gearing up for what is expected to be a fierce contest against sitting DMK MLA Inigo Irudayaraj and AIADMK's K Rajasekaran, in an area already bustling with preparations and heavy police presence to ensure order and security.
